"UTAH MAN AM I"

I guess you could say that Wes & I are BIG Utah fans. Just a few clues...a Utah mailbox, Utah sign hanging in our yard, followed by a Utah floor mat upon entering our home. And if that doesn't tell ya, just take a look into Wes' closet and see all of the red shirts with Utah logos (a little scary how similar to my dad:). When Wes & I got married, we knew the Boyack/Earl families would never have a conflict when it comes to choosing Red or Blue. And I knew my dad would be sold on the idea of having our wedding up at Rice Eccles Stadium.
Let's just say it is an exciting time in our house as Utah football begins tomorrow. Go Utes!

First day of class

Good luck to Wes.
Today is Wes' first day of class for his MBA. I just wanted to wish him luck, and hope that he has a wonderful first day to a start of a great program at his favorite place...the U.
I am so excited and proud of Wes, and know he will do a great job, and learn a lot (although I know I will be missing him a lot on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays). Thanks Wes for being such a hard worker.

Camping

This past weekend Wes & I went camping up at Soapstone with my co-workers and their families. We had a wonderful time. What a fun get away with beautiful weather, hiking, delicious food, campfires, and our 'attempt' to mountain bike (it was a tad too rocky, but fun).
For my brother Alan, and my co-workers...we did enjoy a delicious apple fritter (the size of an entire pie, I might add!!) on our way home through Kamas at the Chevron...yummy! Supposedly this Chevron is known for their apple fritters. If you are in the area, stop by and grab one.

Happy Birthday Mom(s)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to both Nancy and Gaylynne. Our wonderful mother's.
Their birthdays are just two days apart. Here are some pics from my mom's birthday at Biaggi's restaurant. What a memorable & fun night we had with the Earl fam.
Also, for Gaylynne's birthday we had dinner and went to Albion Basin. Wes and I forgot our camera, so we will have to get borrow some pics.
We love you MOM(s), -Nancy & Gaylynne-, and hope you had great birthdays! You most definitely deserve it!
